ORDERING OPTIONS:

 

***Expedited: ANY rushed order needed before 6 weeks please purchase my expedited option and let me know the date you need it! You will not be able to change this date after we discuss it.

 

If order is needed in less than a week, please message me before purchasing.

 

***No timeframe: When you select the no timeframe option, please allow up to 6 weeks for me to create and ship your piece. Times could be a little longer, just know I am putting effort and quality time into every piece I make! Your order may not be the only one I am working on at that time.

 

***Ornaments: Please note these are small pieces so fur details will most likely be painted on. Also note these work best for shorter haired pets with small/non-pointed ears. Send me a message if you have questions! 

 

***Disclaimer: Ornaments will not be as detailed as larger sizes.

These are abstract representations of your pet. I can capture as much detail as I can depending on the size you choose. Please message me if there’s certain details about your pet you want highlighted in the piece!

CUSTOMIZATIONS:

 

—> I WILL ONLY ADD OBJECTS IF YOUR PIECE IS 8+ INCHES.

 

—> Pet names can be added to any part of your piece regardless of size.

 

—> I can put pet ashes into a tag like shown. This is free of charge as long as you pay for shipping to send me the ashes! You choose collar color and tag shape.

 

—> 6-7 inch pieces will be too small for added objects. The only thing I’ll add to a 6-7 inch piece is a collar and/or tag. Pet ashes can be added to any tag.

 

—> If you want to add flower(s)/leaves or a detailed toy please message me first. Pricing will be higher due to the increase in cut glass pieces. 

 

—> I can also add objects such as the ball/toy/collar/hat free of charge (as long as they aren’t super detailed). Again only collars to 6-7 inch pieces!

 

—> Panels in any size and shape are available as well! Please message me first so we can discuss details and pricing. Normally I just have you purchase the next size up to cover the costs of the extra supplies used. 

 

—> If you want a sketch before purchasing, it will be a $25 non-refundable deposit. Message me and we will discuss details!

 

If you want to send multiple images, I can combine them as well! 

 

Please send your photos in a message after purchase. Good quality photos are greatly appreciated. Any extra details or notes please let me know in the personalization or message. If you want a photo sent before I ship the product out please let me know.

Made with traditional copper foil method. 

 

Great gift or piece for yourself to show case a pet!

 

Most pieces will include enamel paint to emphasize detail. Paint will mainly be used on the eyes and designs on collars, etc.

 

For cats I use wires for whiskers. Please be careful when you open your package as the wires could poke through the packaging material.

 

If you want or need updates, please let me know. I will gladly update you throughout the process!

 

If anything happens to your piece while it’s being shipped, please let me know and we can discuss how it can either be replaced or fixed. DAMAGE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS. I will need pictures of the packaging, box, and item to file a claim.

 

This is a one-woman operation so please be patient with me. If you have ANY issues just let me know. I will do my best to resolve them. I have numerous orders I work on weekly, so if I don't get back to you right away I normally respond within 48 hours. Thank you sooo much for choosing my shop!
